Hotlzclaw to compete in pageant

MOORE — Jaidyn Alexis Hotlzclaw, 10, has been chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Oklahoma Pageant set for June 8-9 at the Tulsa Marriott in Tulsa.

The National American Miss pageants are held for girls ages 4 to 18 and have five different age divisions. Hotlzclaw will participate in the 10-to-12 age division representing Moore and Cleveland County.

The winner of the pageant will receive a $1,000 cash award, the official crown and banner, a bouquet of roses and air transportation to compete in the National Pageant in California, where she will receive a complimentary tour of Hollywood and two VIP tickets to Disneyland.

Holtzclaw’s activities include soccer, search program, reading and working as a library assistant at Heritage Trails Elementary in Moore. She also enjoys spending time with friends, animals, dancing, singing and riding her bike.

She is the daughter of Joe and Gwen Hotlzclaw.
