MOORE — The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office and Center for Children and Families Inc. recently partnered to help families provide their children with winter coats. The families reside in rural parts of Cleveland County.
CCFI gave 75 coats to CCSO. Deputy Brandon Hilbun, assistant community policing deputy, found children who needed coats.
About 45 coats were donated to Slaughterville Baptist Church. Pastor Greg Mack thanked CCFI for their donations.
The remaining jackets were given to the Maguire Farm Store in Noble. Sheriff Joe Lester thanked CCFI for their generosity.
