MOORE — Moore property owners who want city-hired contractors to remove and haul debris from their homes destroyed by the May 20 tornado must sign a right-of-entry form. The form gives city contractors permission to access the property.
The city of Moore is issuing right-of-entry forms from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week, until further notice at Moore Recycling Center, 400 N. Telephone Road.
Any homeowner who needs heavy debris removed because of the storm needs to fill out the form. Residents must bring two forms of ID, including one photo ID, the name of the insurance carrier and the insurance policy number.
It is also helpful if residents bring the insurance claim number and/or an insurance settlement statement.
A copy of the right-of-entry form is available at the city’s website, cityofmoore.com, for reference or to complete prior to arrival at the ROE Center. Forms must be executed in person.
