Just before we left the shop we overheard the clerk telling a customer, “You know, if you have a cross at home, you can make it a ‘burden cross,’ too. One of our customers has a cross on the wall in her den. She uses Post-it-Notes to write down her burdens and then sticks them on the right-side of the cross. When God lifts that burden, she places it on the left side. She said by far there are more Post-it-Notes on the left side of the cross.”
Take your burdens to The Lord and leave them there … it doesn’t matter how you do it; it is just the fact that you stop carrying your burdens and give them to God that matters. And oh, what difference it makes.
