MOORE — Heartland Hospice of Norman is seeking volunteers.

Volunteering options include providing friendly visits, caregiver relief sitting, helping with administrative and special office projects, helping with nursing home events and activities, running errands, working with family bereavement program and more. Volunteers may contribute as many or as few hours as they wish, on a flexible schedule that meets their needs.

“No matter what, when you volunteer with hospice your soul will feel enriched. You will know that you have made a difference in the time you are there,” said long-time Heartland volunteer Robert Ferrier.

Training classes are scheduled regularly. To request an application or get additional information, call Staci Elder Hensley, volunteer coordinator, at 579-8565 or 432-0346.
