Toby Keith to hold relief concert in Norman

Funds to benefit tornado victims

MOORE — Moore native Toby Keith announced Thursday that he will be hosting a  concert next month to raise funds for tornado victims in his hometown and across the region.

Toby Keith's Oklahoma Twister Relief Concert is set for 3 p.m. July 6 at Memorial Stadium in Norman. All tickets are $25. Tickets go on sale June 21.

Joining Keith is Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, Trisha Yearwood and Norman's Ronnie Dunn.

Moore was hit by an EF5 tornado May 20. It killed 24 people and leveled more than $2 billion in damages across the city. Just like the Blake Shelton Concert, which raised $ million, all proceeds go to the United Way of Central Oklahoma May Tornado Relief Fund.
