The Moore Public Library is giving an opportunity for local shoppers to learn couponing skills from an expert, welcoming Patsy Smith of the website ConsumerQueen.com for a pair of upcoming programs at the library, 225 S. Howard Ave.

Couponing 101, at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, in Room B of the library, is an introduction to some basics of keeping coupons and looking for the best deals.

Later in the month will be an Advanced Couponing program, at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, also in Room B. This class goes into a little more detail to help bring consumers from regular shopper to coupon guru.

Registration is required separately for each program.
