The Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office will conduct its annual fall workshop series Dec. 9-11 in the classrooms at the Oklahoma History Center.

Each workshop is devoted to a SHPO federal preservation program and designed for preservation professionals, government agency representatives and interested citizens.

Workshops are free and open to the public, but space is limited. Registration is due by 5 p.m. Dec. 2.

Workshop dates and topics are:

? 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Dec. 9 -- Federal and State Tax Incentives for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings

? 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., Dec. 9 -- The Secretary's Standards and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings

? 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Dec. 10 -- The Section 106 Review Process: A Workshop for Agency Officials and Cultural Resource Management Consultants

? 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Dec. 11 -- Working with the National Register of Historic Places.
