The Oklahoma City Women's Business Center (WBC) of Rural Enterprises of Oklahoma and the Cleveland County Women's Business Network will host a workshop entitled, "Visual Marketing -- The Silent Salesperson."

Presented by Dr. Glenn Muske, OSU Extension, the workshop will discuss why business owners should consider visual merchandising as a tool, basic principle and design elements of visual merchandising, ideas on how visual merchandising can be done at a low cost and how other Oklahoma businesses have used these principles in practice.

The workshop will be 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 11 at the Moore-Norman Technology Center, 4701 12th Avenue NW, Norman. Park in lot A and enter through door A of the Conference Center.

There is a fee of $10 per person, which covers the cost of lunch. Registration may be made online at www.ruralenterprises.com. Registration deadline is Tuesday.

The Cleveland County Women's Business Network meets quarterly to provide business development, networking and marketing opportunities for women in business.

The workshop is co-sponsored by the Moore-Norman Technology Center, Cleveland County OSU Cooperative Extension, Career Tech and REI's Women's Business Center in Oklahoma City.
